Orcha Dance Theatre to dance at the Paramount Theatre downtown!
My dancers and I are performing a new dance to new music at the Paramount Theatre, downtown on February 27th– likely on the mainstage, possibly in the black box. This shindig is hosted by Stage Source, the hub for Boston’s theatre network. The theme is local: local theatre, local dance, local food. My dancers and I will be dancing in, around, under a specially commissioned dining room table to the great tunes of live, local and talented musicians.
Orcha Dance Theatre Tours in April!
In April my dancers and I tour Dancing Through The Torah, this time it’s the other half! 90 plus minutes of grandeur, majesty, betrayal, and at times non sequiturs. The Torah has it all, even levity, believe it or not! We are taking bookings as of now! Soon you will be able to see all the 36 parshot from the first installment of DTTT. Check back in a couple of weeks! UPDATE as of 2/11: project is in holding pattern, more info to follow. This endeavor may need to gestate for the right time when resources and momentum returns… We are like 85% of the way complete though!
